Billing and cost management in AWS

This service provided by AWS is used to monitor resource usage and manage costs. AWS charges from the credit card set up as the default payment method in the account. AWS Budget, Cost Explorer and AWS organization are other AWS services that are used to manage costs.

AWS pricing calculator helps us to figure out the approximate charges that may be incurred on the resources we use before provisioning them.

Billing information for each account is attached initially in credit card form. This can later be converted into traditional, term-based invoicing being billed only for the resources in our account.
