Challenge: Formatters

Problem statement

Starting with the files simple-graph.html and challenge-02-data.csv, adapt the code so that the graph displays correctly. Also, format the time on the x-axis to display the day of the month followed by the abbreviated month name (e.g., “5-Dec”).
