Onboarding Dashboard
The Onboarding Dashboard houses all the data of Paths, Managers, Mentors, and Team Members.
To access the Onboarding Dashboard:
Click “Dashboard” in the left navigation pane and then go to the"Onboarding" tab.
The Onboarding Dashboard allows:
Getting a quick glance at your team report
Getting a granular view of each path and its progress.
By default, the selected paths are those that are assigned by you, but you can deselect the toggle at the top to view your organization's overall progress.
Progress Tracking
The progress tracking section of the Dashboard shows the details of the progress a Mentee has attained for every Path they have been assigned.
The following information can be seen in the table:

Relationship between Mentee and Mentor.

The Path that the Mentee has been assigned to.

The time that has been spent by the Mentee on that particular Path.

Name of the Task that the Mentee is currently working on or is currently blocked on.
Furthermore,

The data can be searched and filtered.

Clicking the vertical ellipses provides the options to unassign or view the Path details.

Can the data in the reports and progress tracking section be exported from the Onboarding Dashboard?
- The progress report can be downloaded by scrolling to the end and clicking the download option at the bottom-left.

What is the definition of “Nearing Completion” in the reports?
- Team Members that have completed at least X% of their Path are considered “nearing completion.”

Can custom reports be generated?
- Currently, Educative only provides pre-built reports.
