Mastering Version Control and Trace Analysis

Git is one of the most widely used version control tools that every developer should be familiar with. In this module, we will gain hands-on experience working with Git.

We’ll start by learning some fundamental concepts, such as initializing a Git repository, adding files to a repository, and commiting changes to it. We’ll also learn how to clone a repository and create branching. We’ll then move to more advanced concepts like using git-stash, cherry-picking, working with multiple repositories, and pushing code. Finally, to test our understanding, we will complete four assessments that cover the basic and advanced concepts of Git. By the end of this module, we will be proficient at working with Git.
