Bootstrap is a CSS framework used for front-end development. Bootstrap does not allow the user to create codes from scratch. Bootstrap is a fast, free, and open-source framework used to develop a responsive and mobile-based project on the web.

Bootstrap-theme is a package that contains HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Bootstrap-theme provides support for styling, page layouts, and UI components for use in a web project. Bootstrap-theme includes navbars, buttons, panels, a dropdown menu, and a progress bar.

Key difference between Bootstrap and Bootstrap-theme

Bootstrap.css is used to design a website with context and pre-existing designs. The website is styled by importing the CSS link in the bootstrap website, whereas Bootstrap-theme.css is used to add user interface components such as navbar, buttons, and a progress bar to a website. The user interface component can be added by calling class attributes in the code. Bootstrap-theme.css is also used to format text with different styles.
