Set Up a Blogger Account

In this lesson, we'll learn to set up a Blogger profile using our Google account. We'll also learn to create our first blog using the Blogger website.

Set up Blogger profile

In order to set up a Blogger profile, you'll need an active Google account. Follow the steps given below to set up a Blogger profile.

Step 1: Head over to the Blogger website and click the "SIGN IN" button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Sign in using your Google account credentials. You'll now be redirected to the blog creation page.

Step 3: Enter a name for your blog and click the "NEXT" button.

Step 4: Enter a URL for your blog. The entered value will be prepended to blogspot.com. This final value would be the complete URL for your blog. Now, click the "NEXT" button.

Step 5: Enter your display name and click the "FINISH" button. You'll now be redirected to the Blogger dashboard.
