This module is a detailed guide to AdonisJs. AdonisJs, inspired by Laravel, is a Node.js framework that allows developers to build full-stack web applications and micro-API servers.

In this module, you will cover the fundamentals: routes, controllers, middleware, hooks, and more. Each chapter contains code examples and illustrations to enhance your learning, and you will also be able to quiz yourself on the materials covered.

By the time you are done with the module, you'll have plenty of hands-on practice, and will be able to confidently write your full-stack applications in AdonisJs.

## Who is this module for?
This module is designed for learners who are new to Adonis.js. As this module offers an introduction to Adonis.js, learners can safely assume that this module will help them to understand and develop web applications with this framework.

## Module structure

This module contains _eight_ chapters:

1. __Introduction:__

   This chapter goes through the file structure of AdonisJS applications and shows us our first Adonis application. 

2. __Routing and Middleware:__
  
   This chapter walks us through the process of routing and teaches us about different route methods of web applications. It also introduces us to middleware, its types, and how we can create them.

   

3. __Controllers and Views:__

   This chapter will teach us about controllers, views, and edge templates. With this chapter, we will also learn how to create a view to display the HTTP request method.

4. __Request and Response__
   
   This chapter explains the interactions between the application and its API with the use of requests and responses. It also teaches us about the usage of cookies. 


5. __Session, Validator, and Logger:__

   This chapter explains how the session drivers work and goes on to explain the function of validators and loggers. 

6. __Database:__
    
    This chapter revolves around the database and how it interacts with AdonisJS. It includes the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) methods, along with seeds, models, and query builders.

7. __Hooks, Mail, and Events:__
   
    This chapter explains the usage of hooks for different purposes. It also teaches us how to send an email and handle events. 

8. __Tests:__

    This chapter goes through testing applications with unit and functional tests. In this chapter, we will learn to test a function.
