This module is an introduction to Ember.js, a JavaScript Framework that helps us build scalable web applications with discrete components.

The module will help us set up Ember and create a project application. You’ll continue with the building blocks of Ember.js, including templates, components, routing, services, helpers, Ember Data, and testing. Additionally, you’ll use the components to build a complete e-commerce application from scratch. Each lesson will add more depth and functionality to your application with hands-on exercises. Finally, you’ll integrate the application with Firebase.

By the end of the module, you’ll be prepared to leverage Ember’s key features to develop robust web applications.

Developing Robust Web Applications with Ember.js

The output of the `product-details` component should look like the following:


When we click the `category-product` component in the `category` route, we want to open a page that has the product’s details. Let’s create a new component for product details by running the following command:
```
ember g component product-details
```

The command above creates a `product-details.hbs` file in `app/components`.

## Adding and styling elements
On the `product-details component`, we want to show the image, title, description, and product price. Let’s open the `product-details.hbs` template in the code widget below and add the required elements:
