Slack is a flexible instant messaging platform for organizations. It allows you to connect with your colleagues, share documents, and organize teams. To get a list of conversations, we'll access `https://slack.com/api/users.conversations` endpoint. We can use this endpoint to know the number of conversations in which the application is engaged.
