Step 2: Create a Recipient

In this lesson, we’ll learn how to add a recipient to our Wise account using the accounts endpoint. A recipient can have different bank account details for different currencies. We only need the IBAN number to send money to the majority of the European and Nordic countries. Here, we show an example of GBP currency for a UK bank. Therefore, we need the sort code and the account number.
