Literacy rate and its impact
The literacy rate of a region likely has some impact on the economic and social well-being of its people. However, without looking at the data and context, it’s hard to tell if there is a correlation, a causation, or no relation at all. For this chapter, let’s make the hypothesis that there is at least a correlation and see if that’s correct.
