Response documents

A response document is a single endpoint object that we fetch through SeatGeek. The SeatGeek API provides each endpoint object, events, performers, venues, or taxonomies as a single response document. How to fetch response documents on SeatGeek depends on what type of response we want.

SeatGeek supports the following response types:

Single resource response

Only a single response document is fetched for a specific object in a single resource response. To request this type of response, we need to pass the ID of the requested object as a parameter in the URL of the endpoint. For example, to request a single event resource, we request it from SeatGeek in the following way:
