Who Is This Course For?

Who is this course’s target audience?

As this course offers an Introduction to Vue.js, the learner can safely assume that this course will enable them to understand and develop a Vue.js web application even if they do not have prior knowledge of front-end JavaScript frameworks.

The course will start with the basics of the Vue.js framework and it will continue to build on top of the basics so a newbie can easily digest each concept and implement it on our interactive platform before moving on to the next (perhaps more advanced) concepts.

As mentioned before, this course is specifically designed for learners who are new to Vue.js or the front-end JavaScript frameworks. But the course still requires some skills that the learner needs to benefit from this in the best way.

What do I need to know?

It is important to know the prerequisites of this course before taking it!

The learner should have a basic understanding of the following:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

Since Vue.js is a framework that is used to develop webpages more easily, efficiently, and powerfully, it is assumed that a new learner should understand how a web page is structured: HTML, how it is styled: CSS, and how it performs different tasks: JavaScript.

Yes, I know these 😁

I know the basic building blocks of webpages. Now, start learning Vue.js!

If knowledgeable of these basics but lacking some understanding of front-end JavaScript frameworks and their advantages, this course is for you!

By taking this course, you will understand the basics of the Vue.js framework. You will be provided with beginner-level knowledge of using the framework and receiving hands-on experience of developing a Vue.js web application on our platform. Each concept will help you acquire the necessary skills to develop a Vue.js Single Page Application from scratch!

No, I am not sure 🙁

I am afraid I do not understand some of these prerequisites. What should I do?

In case you do not know any of these prerequisites, you do not worry because we have you covered! There are many courses available on our platform where you can learn basic web development that also includes all of these three prerequisites.

Test your knowledge by taking a short quiz on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript!
