What is a Framework

A Framework is the term used which means essential building structure of a building or object. Thus there are also Web Development Framewroks available which have basic building structure in order to ease the process of Web development. The advantage of Frameworks is that they have built in PHP libraries or toolkit that ease the process of developing complex web applications. We will be introducing two commonly and most popular frameworks of PHP which are CodeIgniter and Laravel. In this course we will not be going in details of these frameworks and how to use them as we are focussing in this course only on the core PHP development. However the next step after this is to use Frameworks.
