What is Meant by PSD

PSD stands as a short abbreviation for (Adobe) Photoshop Data file. This document is used to for creating reference design of your website using Graphics Designing technique. PSDs are the files that are given to the Web Application Developer to convert them into Webpage (HTML and CSS) which can be viewed in a browser over the internet. To convert the PSD into corresponding Webpage , the technique used is called PSD Slicing i.e. we slice the PSD document into various sections pixel by pixel and converting it into corresponding Webpage.
