The Agile Manual

Learn why we shouldn’t create a long Agile manual.

Overview

In the last 15 years, we’ve enjoyed coaching organizations and projects toward Agile. In those 15 years, we’ve learned a lot about methods, architecture, requirements, coding, and testing. We’ve especially learned about the people working on those projects and about how these people collaborate. It must be said that everyone is unique, every partnership is unique, and therefore, by definition, every project is unique.

Agile is more popular now than ever. Perhaps more popular than it will ever be in the future. Most large organizations are moving their software development methods towards Agile, and it’s being applied to more and more projects. Therefore, more and more organizations are capturing how Agile projects should be implemented in the Agile manual.
