In the last 15 years, we’ve enjoyed coaching organizations and projects toward Agile. In those 15 years, we’ve learned a lot about methods, architecture, requirements, coding, and testing. We’ve especially learned about the people working on those projects and about how these people collaborate. It must be said that everyone is unique, every partnership is unique, and therefore, by definition, every project is unique. ...
