Course Review Process
Learn about the course review process that helps you in publishing the highest-quality course.
Review process
To assist you in keeping the course in line with Educative standards and reach the optimal level of interactivity, the course will go through a periodic review process. You will be submitting your course for review at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% level of completion. Like this, we will be able to identify any opportunities for improvement early on, saving a considerable amount of time and re-work. Remember you can estimate these percentages by keeping in mind the number of total lessons in your course.
Before you submit
Before submitting your course for review: Go through this checklist (best practices guide). It contains valuable information regarding lesson structure, addition of code and illustrations in a concise manner. It would save you a lot of time once you ensure that all these guidelines are being followed. Publish your changes up to that point
As you make changes to your course, your edits will be saved in Draft mode. To make your revisions viewable in your work-in-progress link, click on the UPDATE button from your Course Home Page. Don’t worry—until a course is approved, it doesn’t go live. Send your work-in-progress link to your Author Success Lead at Educative. We will provide feedback in the form of Reviews.
Review incorporation
You are to incorporate the changes that are suggested. The comments and suggestions in the review are up for discussion and are not the final word. This discussion can be done through the Author Success Coordinator assigned to you or through the comments option available in the google document. It is advised to keep your Author Success Coordinator in the loop when beginning these discussions.
