Setup

There are a few things we need to do before getting started with the implementation of data science solutions in a serverless framework. A brief summary of the accounts and services needed for this course is given below, along with links. Detailed step-by-step instructions have been provided.

• Create an AWS account

• Sign up with Serverless

• Install the serverless CLI

• Install Docker (optional for this course but it might be helpful in the future)

• Install the AWS CLI

Author's note (optional)

There is an excellent tool called AWS Vault, which we found very helpful for managing running code with multiple profile sessions simultaneously. It also makes managing your profiles very easy.
