Creating Tasks in a Path

What Are Tasks?

Task is the most basic component of a Path. It is essentially an item that the Team Member must complete - it could be anything, such as setting up a new tool, reading some content, watching a video, doing a quiz, etc.

A Task has the following components:

  • Title

  • Estimated time (optional)

    • Estimated time helps team members know how much time they show allocate for the task, approximately.

    • Estimated time is provided in the format ##h ##m. For example, 2h 20m.

  • Mark as optional toggle (this can be selected to inform your Team Member that they can skip the task, for example, a supplementary reading).

  • Task content
