Introduction to Skill Paths

Explore what Skill Paths are and how they help structure learning programs for your team. Understand how to organize courses, assessments, and projects into coherent categories to support effective upskilling and job readiness.

What are Skill Paths?

A Skill Path is a structured program for your Team Members to help them quickly upskill themselves and get up to speed on all the knowledge essential to succeed at their job. For example, your team is starting the implementation of AI into their features. Their upskilling path might consist of the following:

  • DevPath Courses on AI

  • Assessments (you may link DevPath Assessments)

  • Projects (you may link DevPath Projects)

Path structure

Paths might be structured into categories, which can have different themes. Structuring Paths into categories can help you plan coherent progressive Paths.
