Solution 1: Pushing the source code to GitHub

The first step is to download the folder and then extract it. Once we have the actual folder which contains our source code, we can push this code to GitHub. We want to create a GitHub repository.

Creating a GitHub repository

There are two primary options for creating a new repository on our GitHub dashboard. Either we click the plus icon on the top right corner of our screen or we click the "New" button as indicated below.
