The lifecycle involves a series of activities that are carried out over the course of the program, from the initial planning stages to the final delivery of the program's outcomes.

As a technical program manager, it's your responsibility to oversee the program lifecycle and ensure that the program is delivered within the defined boundaries. This involves managing the overall roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving strategic decisions to ensure the success of the program.
