Introducing Gradients
Gradients let you display smooth transitions between two or more specified colors. If you've worked with design software such as sketch or photoshop, then you should already be used to what gradients are. Let's have a look at gradients in CSS.
Before the advent of CSS3, you mostly had to use images to create graidents on the web. Now we can save users their bandwidth and download time by doing so with CSS - leads to a faster website, in theory.
