I'm Jacob and I've been in IT for eight years, ranging from Technical Support, Project Management, System Analyst, DevOps Engineer and a Senior Operations Engineer. I've moved through various industries, such as medical software, legal services and fintech. I've lately been working with Azure and Terraform and fine-tuning infrastructure and automated operations in order to create a more efficient "DevOps" style process.
