Paul Kinsvater
I graduated in 2016 with a PhD in Statistics. Since then, I have pursued a career in data science. My preferred niche is entity resolution specifically and data quality in general.
ABOUT ME
I studied Mathematics, with an early focus on probability theory. After graduating with my MSc, I switched departments and graduated with a PhD in extreme value statistics - on floods and other weather extremes. Soon after that, I started my career in the industry, working as a data scientist at DB Schenker, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. As of this writing, I am a data science lead at Johnson Controls, help saving the planet by decarbonizing buildings with technology. Outside work, I am dedicated to my family.
