Amazon Lightsail provides users with all the necessary services that are required to configure a scalable application. Lightsail allows you to configure instances, databases, storage, containers, networking services, and others.
In this Cloud Lab, you’ll start by creating a Lightsail instance that will host your application. Then, you’ll configure a Lightsail database and establish a connection between your Lightsail instance and the Lightsail database. After that, you’ll configure Lightsail object storage and establish a connection between your Lightsail instance and Lightsail object storage. Lastly, you’ll learn how to make your application scalable and configure a Lightsail load balancer.
After completing this Cloud Lab, you’ll be able to deploy a scalable application using Amazon Lightsail. At the end of the Cloud Lab, the provisioned infrastructure will be similar to the illustration below:
