The AWS team built a few services for attaining analytics and insights from data. They’re discussed below.

Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink

  • Managed Service for Apache Kafka can be used for real-time analysis of streaming data. (This service was previously known as Amazon Kinesis Data Analytics.)

  • Launched in 2016, it’s the AWS-managed version of the open-source Apache Flink processing framework.

  • It allows querying and analysis of streaming data coming from sources such as Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon MSK, or Amazon S3.

  • The output of Managed Service for Apache Kafka can be sent to AWS services or other tools for further analytics or data responses.

Amazon QuickSight

  • QuickSight is a business intelligence (BI) tool for constructing data dashboards.

  • Launched in 2016, this tool allows users to create analyses and visualizations that can help organizations make better decisions.
