Introduction

What makes us humans special is our ability to learn and get better at our task through experience and learning.

As newborn children, we know nothing and are dependent on the external information we receive from our surroundings. Each day, we learn from our experiences and get better at our tasks. We ‘learn’ how to be better at things.

What if we told you that computers can also learn from the different inputs they receive? That’s how we have coined the term Machine Learning (ML).

Machine learning (ML) brings together statistics and algorithms, empowering computers to learn how to do a given task without being programmed to do so. Just like humans are capable of improving their ability to do things based on their experience, machine learning enables computers to do the same.
