Educative, an interactive hands-on skill development platform for software developers and the companies that employ them, today announced two new appointments to its executive team, naming Sarah Daniels as Chief Content Officer and Cody Lamens as Vice President of Sales.
These appointments come as Educative closes out on a year marked with significant growth. The company was recently named the fifth fastest growing technology company in the Pacific Northwest after debuting on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 List and placed on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. More than 725,000 software developers worldwide have used Educative’s hands-on, interactive courses, with monthly active users growing by more than 125 percent.

She will also oversee the company’s investment in the Educative global community of authors and contributors by fostering partnerships and empowering more people to share their expertise. Daniels most recently served as the CEO and co-founder of edtech startup Blue Canoe, and was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at real estate services company Market Leader Inc.

Previously, Lamens was the Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales and Marketing at Rosetta Stone.
