Exam introduction

The AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA-C02) exam is intended for AWS SysOps Administrators. The exam validates a candidate’s ability to deploy, manage, and operate resources on AWS.

Recommended knowledge

  • One to two years of systems administrator experience, including one year of experience in AWS.
  • Experience in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic ability to implement different architectural requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS command-line interface (CLI) and AWS Management Console.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS security and networking services.
