Using the data we already have will take us quite far, but there will always be a need to append this data with a feedback loop from the outside world. Understanding our competitors will help us inform our strategy. It will give us examples from our peers who have already made the jump that we’re looking to make. Some of the examples we see from our competitors will be sources of inspiration, and some examples will help us avoid certain mistakes. Doing our due diligence when researching our competitors, particularly those that have also embraced AI, will have some influence on what we choose to build and should be one of the factors that influence the lists we established previously.
