No process is a perfect fit for any organization, project, or team. Agile processes are no exception. This means we must adapt each process for our project to be successful.

This means it is not enough to embrace the changes to our customer’s requirements. We must also evolve and make the necessary modifications to the process and welcome them. The ability to do this comes from retrospectives. However, we must allow time for ourselves, our team, and our company to embrace the change. Do not overreact if something is not working immediately because introducing a new process always means a cost in time, a change, and even more important, the common initial reaction to every change—rejection.
