Troubleshooting

Learn how to identify problem signs in a team and how to address them.

Sometimes, we need to act quickly. For example, we might have a situation where a team is completely overwhelmed, one team stops talking to another team, or two teams start continuously blaming one another and are not able to work together anymore. In such situations, we face two difficult tasks: one is to look at the problem and see exactly what kind of problem it is, and the other is to solve the problem.

The first task is more difficult because it depends greatly on the team’s culture.

  • Blame: This sign is much more obvious and, therefore, easier to spot and tackle.
