Your settler gear is a high-speed, high-power gear. You’ve found good, fertile ground, and there is an established playbook you can follow.

You know what you don’t know

The main problem to solve is pure learning. You know what you don’t know, and your sole job is to learn what everyone else already knows.

Write notes to self

The creative exhaust you make still consists of notes to self, just like with the Explorer gear. Your task is to move up Bloom’s Taxonomy (discussed in the Learn in Public chapter) as quickly as you can and to explore your technology’s knowledge graph(discussed in the Know Your Tools chapter).
